Year in profession: I have worked for Weight Watchers for 10 years.

What are your plans when you retire? When I retire I would love to move somewhere warm with no snow.

What qualities of your mother/father influenced you the most? Their work ethic because they did and do over and above what is/was expected.

What is the most difficult part of someone in your position? The most difficult part of my job is dealing with people’s emotions and the way food has control of our lives.

What is the best part about being in your position? The best part of my job is seeing lives changed and watching them regain their confidence and respect for themselves.

What is the best advice you ever got? "Don't let your past dictate your future."

What are the biggest obstacles you see facing people today? I believe the biggest obstacle that we are facing today is people not believing in themselves and the good they can do but always leaning toward the negative in each situation they find themselves in.

What is the biggest obstacle for teens today? I believe the biggest challenge for teens is drugs.

What do you think helps keep people motivated? I think that people are motivated by the way we treat them and the words that we use to communicate with them. Motivation has to come from within but we have to help people pull that out and sometimes that is a hard job.

What advice would you give our readers? Be the Best that God created you to be.
