Overturned Tow Truck in Pleasant Valley Injures Driver

December 15, 2011 – Pleasant Valley, W.Va. – Police are still investigating what caused a tow truck to overturn in an accident that happened on Tuesday, December 13.

WDTV 5 News reports that around 1:15 a.m. a tow truck somehow overturned while traveling on I-79 near Millersville Road. The driver of the truck whose identity hasn’t been released was trapped in his truck for over an hour before emergency crews were notified.

Air rescue flew the injured driver to Ruby Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries. Marion County Sheriffs are investigating the cause of the overturned tow truck.
