Delegate Miley Gets Unanimous Bi-Partisan Support for HB2521

Delegate Tim Miley presented House Bill 2521 on the floor of the West Virginia House of Delegates on January 25, 2011. The bill eliminated the "certified" mail requirement, currently in place, when serving domestic orders. The order will still be mailed but will not delay the enforcement of the order to take place by up to 22 days.

The bill passed out of the WV House of Delegates unanimously with bi-partisan support.
