Young Boy Injured in Fairview ATV Accident

August 2, 2010 - Fairview, W. Va. - A young boy was injured in a weekend ATV accident in Fairview.

WDTV reports that the accident occurred at around 5 p.m. Sunday. The boy was driving his ATV on Clinton Moore Road in Fairview at the time of the accident.

Officials have stated that the boy, only 10 years old, was flown by HealthNet to Ruby Memorial Hospital. At this time, the boy's injuries and condition are unknown.

The Green County Fire Department from Pennsylvania, Monongalia County EMS, Marion County EMS, and State Police all responded to the accident. The ATV accident is currently under investigation by State Police.
