Two Sent to Hospital After Accident in Josephine in Raleigh County

February 17, 2011 - Josephine, W.Va. - Two people were sent to the hospital Saturday after a car accident in Raleigh County.

WBOY reports that the accident happened at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday in the area of Odd Road in Josephine, in Raleigh County. Exactly how the crash occurred, or how many vehicles were involved, has not yet been detailed to the press.

Dispatchers stated that two people were injured in the auto accident in Josephine. Both people were taken to a local hospital immediately following the accident. The medical condition of either victim is unknown. The identities of the victims are yet to be released.

The cause of the accident remains to be determined. The accident is under ongoing investigation. All further investigations are being handled by the Raleigh County Sheriff's Department.

No further details were released about the crash.
