Susan Aguayo Miley is the Customer Relations Manager for The Miley Legal Group. Having our clients experience quality service is essential to our mission so we created this position to make sure that happens. Susan's role includes packaging client information packets to help educate about the legal process, sending out the MLG monthly newsletter, maintaining our client reports, updating our case reviews, and viewing the client feedback evaluation forms so we can continue to keep our company focused on what really matters: our clients' needs.
